Join us Thursday, July 23rd, 5 – 6:15 pm for a virtual tour into the world of Worm Compost Tea Brewing!
We will walk through the steps of setting up your own compost tea operation and examine what makes compost tea so effective in feeding plants, inoculating soil, and protecting plants from fungal and other diseases.
Topics include:
- Overview of how compost and compost tea affect soil health
- Amendments and biological inputs that offer various benefits, depending on the season, type of plant and location
- Microscopy, taking a peek at beneficial microbes in the soil, compost, and compost tea
- Applications, timing, troubleshooting, and results
